General terms

1. Any bonuses are not available to players from Sweden, including cashback, participation in any kind of promotional programs, receiving VIP rewards.
2. All the bonuses are non-sticky. It means, you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully fulfilled. Also, you start playing for real money first, then for bonus money, and as soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus also gets lost.
3. Bonuses are automatically canceled upon active balance reaching the amount of 0,05€ or less (or its equivalent). This term only applies to the balance tied to a bonus, i.e. deposit + bonus, or a bonus only (in case of a no deposit bonus), and it doesn't apply to funds on the Player's balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.
4. Bonuses are limited to one instance per user, IP address, electronic device, household, residential address, telephone number, payment method, email address and any public environments where computers and IP addresses are shared such as, but not limited to: universities, libraries and workplaces. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure that he does not hold any other accounts in casino. Breaching this term may lead to winning confiscation from bonus. The decision casino makes will be final.
5. The maximum number of winnings using bonus funds, including any deposit bonuses, any no deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonus, free spins bonus, cashback bonus, compoints, tournament winnings, local jackpots, loyalty bonuses and others is 10,000€ unless otherwise indicated. Winnings using bonus funds exceeding these values cannot be withdrawn and will be canceled.

2. The total amount of received cashback cannot exceed 20% of the total amount of all Player 's deposits.
3. Cashback will be credited daily at 01:00 AM (UTC).
4. Wager requirement for cashback bonus is x3.
5. Validity of the cashback is 3 days from its receipt and 7 days after its activation.
6. Cashback will not be credited if the real money loss for the previous day was less than: 19€.
7. For successful withdrawal of funds gained with a cashback bonus, the Player must meet the wagering requirement for the total amount of deposits made during the day of at least three (3) times (i.e. total wager amount equals the amount of deposits for the day multiplied by 3) no later than 23:59 UTC of the day on which these deposits were made.
8. In the case of detection of the cashback bonus rules abuse or failure to comply with the wagering requirements specified in paragraph 8 of these rules, the Casino may cancel and seize all winnings gained with an active cashback bonus, as well as to confiscate an amount equal to the amount of cashback bonus received.

Referral Program

1. The Referral Program ("Program") is open to all individuals who are current users ("Referrer'') of Betibet (hereafter "Casino" or "Our Website") and wish to direct new users ("Referral") to Our Website.
2. Referrals must meet the following criteria:
   a. Referrals must be individuals who are not currently users of Our Website and who are eligible to register and use the services in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions ("T&C").
   Referrals must register from an authorized geographical location specified in the T&C using a unique referral link provided by the Referrer.
   Referrals must make their first deposit in accordance with provision 4 of these terms and conditions and must meet any additional provisions criteria specified in the T&C.
3. Referrers will receive a reward ("Reward") for each Referral who meets the requirements and completes all necessary actions specified in section 2, who successfully completes the registration process and deposits the amount specified in section 4 of these terms and conditions.
4. The Referral must make a total deposit amount of at least 50€.
5. Rewards will be credited to the Referrer's account within 3 days after the Referral completes the qualifying actions. Rewards may have an expiration date and restrictions on use.
6. The reward for one Referral is 5€. The reward is credited to the Referrer's bonus balance with a wager of x1.
7. Rewards received by the Referrer are non-transferable and/or cannot be used by other individuals.
8. The Casino reserves the right to verify and investigate all referrals, as well as to suspend or terminate the Program or the participation of any participant in the Program if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or any actions prohibited by any rules and regulations of the Casino. The Casino also reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
9. These Terms are originally drafted in English. In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between translated versions and the original English text, the English version prevails and is considered the authentic and accurate expression of the terms. All translations are provided for informational purposes only, and the English text is deemed definitive for the purposes of determining the meaning and interpretation of these Terms.
